Shai is no stranger to traditional yoga, but in the spirit of doing things the #EstonianWay, she tried a bit different version during her visit. She headed to the Pirita River, in a seaside suburb of Tallinn, to try yoga on a stand-up paddleboard. SUP yoga uses the power of water to fully engage the muscles and mind. The paddleboard let Shai try yoga in a relaxing, new environment: “I really liked being out in the nature”.

It was really great. I really liked being out in the nature and then, after the yoga, I felt really relaxed. I think I feel more zen and at peace.

After arriving in Estonia, Shai headed to the countryside to learn about superfoods at Ööbiku Gastronomy Farm. She foraged dandelion greens straight from a meadow to be served with lunch.
Shai’s second day started fresh with SUP yoga in the morning. Lunch was served at one of Tallinn’s best restaurants, NOA. The afternoon continued with a custom shoe workshop held by Estonian fashion designer Roberta Einer. A photoshoot on a medieval rooftop in Tallinn’s Old Town wrapped up the day.
On the final day, in partnership with the Finnair Blogger Drop campaign, lunch was served at Leib Resto & Aed in their spacious Old Town courtyard. After checking in to the award-winning Savoy Boutique Hotel, the evening continued at the nearby Parrot MiniBar, a whimsical speakeasy.
